Franchising, Real Estate and Construction

Everything starts with an application and contacting a Franchising Representative. Our Development Team specializes in site selection, real estate negotiations, construction and project management all while collaborating alongside our Franchisees to secure financing and finalize leasing details.

Operations

Boston Pizza provides an extensive seven week in-store training program for new franchisees and their management team. In-store staff training begins two weeks prior to opening and our Trainers also provide support for two weeks post-opening, at which point the restaurant is assigned a Regional Business Manager for dedicated ongoing support.

Marketing

Boston Pizza has created award-winning national advertising campaigns and maintains high visibility through its sponsorship of several major sporting events. We are extremely active on social media and execute an industry-leading digital loyalty platform, MyBP. All said, we are constantly communicating with our Guests in a variety of media channels, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our restaurants are provided with remarkable regional and local store marketing support. From our Team Headquarters program that attracts amateur sports teams, to our Celebrity Server fundraising events for local community groups, Boston Pizza has a local store marketing program for every occasion.
